Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
